📑 MANAGED IT SERVICES AGREEMENT 

This Agreement is made on [Date] between ATL511 (the "Provider") and [Client Company Name] (the "Client").

1. Scope of Subscription Services

Provider will give Client the monthly IT support services selected below:

5. Term and Termination

6. Limitation of Liability
